CNC beam coping machines, more than any other
CNC machine in structural steel shops, depend on well-trained
operators. Operators must not only be able to program and
operate the machine, but they MUST have a solid understanding of
oxy-fuel flame cutting.
Become a Certified CNC Beam Coping Machine Operator

Operators of the Ocean Liberator CNC beam coping
machine need to have received professional training. This is critical for fast, efficient production.
For this reason, Ocean and Peddinghaus insist
that prior to installation of your Ocean Liberator, your
operator/s must attend intensive beam coping training at the
Peddinghaus training facility in Bradley Illinois.
What training is provided for this CNC beam coping machine?
Once your employees are certified as competent
beam coping machine operators, the Peddinghaus Service Tech will
travel to your facility to install your machine. Once the
machine is installed the service tech will then provide
refresher training and help your operators get up to speed as
fast as possible.
It is your responsibility to ensure that ALL
operators of the Ocean Liberator have been trained in our
Operator Certification Program.
NOTE 1. This is a requirement of the
machine warranty as our experience tells us that for the most
part, machine problems are really most often operator problems,
and all our companies benefit from ensuring that operators are
properly trained.
NOTE 2. At any time we can provide in-house refresher training for
existing and operators of the Ocean Liberator CNC beam coping
machine.
How long does it take to install the machine?
The Ocean Liberator CNC Beam Coping Machine can
be installed and operational in your facility less than 5 days
after receiving the machine. The machine uses
convenient 220V single phase power supply so no major electrical preparation
is required.
Oxy-Fuel cylinders need to be stored nearby to
feed the gases to the machine. |
